EQUIP’s experienced coaches and mentors are committed to each participant’s holistic spiritual formation. Discipleship is living out the values of the Kingdom of God where ‘doing’ and ‘being’ are deeply integrated.
Identity
We expect each person to act increasingly out of their identity, rooted in Jesus. We hope each person learns more about their skills, gifts, passions, and unique contributions to the Kingdom. You can be sure that you will grow if you accept the challenge of EQUIP.
Growth
Not every experience of EQUIP will be enjoyable or easy to apply. However, at the end of EQUIP, when you reflect, you will see that you are not the same person as when you began.
